Free website tracking checker: every tag on your purchase path
Enter your website. We open your home page, a category, a product, the cart and the checkout like a shopper, list every tag and pixel, and run 11 checks on what changes your numbers.
- Google tagG-ABC123… on 5 of 5 pages
- Tag ManagerGTM-XYZ… on 4 of 5 pages (not on checkout)
- Meta Pixel2 pixels, PageView sent twice
Is Google Analytics or Tag Manager installed?
The report lists the GA4 measurement IDs and Tag Manager containers that load on each page. You see at a glance whether they load everywhere, load twice, or send to an ID you don't recognise.
Why the home page isn't enough
Most tracking checkers look at one page. Problems usually sit further in: on product, cart and checkout pages, where apps, checkout scripts and payment providers take over. This check walks the whole path.

Consent behaviour
Tags follow the visitor's choice.

S-10Low impact
Tools that do the same job
No two tools do the same job.
S-11Low impact
Third-party script weight
Third-party scripts stay light.
How we visit your site
A real browser opens your home page, a category, a product, the cart and the checkout. On a lead site it opens a service page and the contact page instead. It never submits a form or places an order.
When a cookie banner shows, it visits three times: before a choice, after accepting and after rejecting. It makes each choice through your consent tool's own settings where it can, otherwise by its buttons, and reports on a choice only when it can see it took effect.
Some sites turn automated browsers away. When that happens, the report says so and checks what it can from your home page's code.
What it can't see
- The thank-you page and the purchase event: we never place an order.
- Lead events sent when a form is submitted: we never submit one.
- Pages behind a login.
- What happens after data leaves the browser: server containers and Conversions APIs.
- Settings inside GA4, Tag Manager and Google Ads. The full Tracking audit reads those.
What you get
Your grade and the top three findings straight away. Add your email for every finding, the tags seen in each consent state, and a PDF, Excel and CSV. The report and its link are kept for 90 days, and you can delete them sooner.
Common questions
How do I check if a website has Google Analytics?
Enter the address above. The report lists every GA4 measurement ID the site loads, on each page we visit. You can do it by hand by searching the page source for "G-", but that misses IDs loaded through Tag Manager or apps.
How do I check if Google Tag Manager is installed?
The same report lists each Tag Manager container by ID and the pages it loads on. A container missing from checkout, or loaded twice, is flagged.
Which tags does it recognise?
Google's tags, the main ad pixels, session recorders, email tools, consent banners and first-party servers. See the list above.
Does it place orders or submit forms?
No. It opens pages like a visitor and never buys, signs up or submits anything.
Can I check a competitor's site?
Yes. The check only sees what any visitor's browser sees on public pages.
Why did it say it couldn't visit my site?
Some sites turn automated browsers away. The report says so and checks what it can from your home page's code.
Want the settings too?
The full Tracking audit adds GA4, Tag Manager and Google Ads read-only, and shows each event across all of them.
